Tyler Waller

Tyler Waller serves as a Senior Director of Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap. He secures commercial debt and equity financing for various property types and works with clients across the country. To date, Tyler has spearheaded more than 90 transactions amounting to over $500 million in loans. Since joining Marcus and Millichap, Tyler has earned the 2023 Connect CRE Next Generation Award, the 2022 and 2023 Sales Recognition Award, and the Pace Setter Award in 2019.

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys staying engaged in the local community, traveling and spending time with his family. He’s been involved with local chapters for Teach for America raising money for local underfunded schools, and Best Buddies International fostering a more inclusive society for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
